The elementary objective of Mentoring Program 2016 is to connect HKUST business students from university to the actual business world. Through organizing various sub-events for our members, such as firm visits, workshops, aptitude tests, GEO-Get-Together and High-Table Dinner, we hope members will gain tremendous benefits from the in-depth knowledge and understanding about different fields in business, as well as the valuable life-long connections built with mentors and business professionals throughout the entire series.

“Zodiac”, the theme of the year, resembles the zodiacal system comprised of the twelve zodiacal signs, of which are believed to possess different characteristics and talents. In the modern world of business where diversity and connectivity are well embraced, solely by taking lessons from an adviser may no longer be of adequacy. Analogously, each sign is reminiscent of mentorship in distinctive business sector. Through acquirement of various insights from different mentors in the “zodiacal system", mentees will soon find themselves at a vantage point in pursuit of their professional knowledge and dream career.
